When
Where
Rossi Ice Cream
101c Chandlers Way, Temple Farm Industrial Estate, Southend-on-Sea, Essex SS2 5SE
Delegates joined our masterclass to hear how under Colin Gray’s leadership, Rossi Ice Cream is going from strength to strength and widening its reach.

Overview
Rossi has been producing ice cream in Essex since 1932, based on a traditional Italian recipe of fresh milk, butter and double cream. Over 85 years later, heritage and innovation are working hand in hand to grow the brand beyond the Essex county limits, to be enjoyed by new generations.
Rossi Ice Cream are a small, family-owned, independent ice cream producer with a range of multi award-winning ice creams. The first ice cream parlour and factory was opened on the High Street, Southend by Massimiliano Agostino and his wife Anna Rossi. As the business flourished, they opened another parlour on Marine Parade.
The brand, well-known in Essex, is going through a period of growth and exploring new avenues to ensure that it remains relevant in today’s market under new ownership.
At this masterclass delegates heard from Colin Gray and Charlie Bird who spoke about how they’re taking this greatly loved business with a brand built on its heritage and quality, and exploring innovative avenues to create exciting new revenue streams.
