Marking the first anniversary of the Inspire Challenge Excel Programme (ICE-P), Kent Innovation and Enterprise is hosting the inaugural ICE-P Conference at Canterbury Cathedral Lodge, for Women Business Leaders of today and the future.

The Inspire, Challenge and Excel Programme (ICE-P) aims to enthuse women to take positive actions to develop themselves and others in order to make a difference in their lives.

The event

Kent Innovation and Enterprise are hosting the inaugural ICE-P Conference at Canterbury Cathedral Lodge.

This will be a day of inspiring talks and workshops from a range of speakers and facilitators, focusing on personal brand, resilience and leadership.

Open to students, staff or local businesses, this will be a unique opportunity to learn, develop and network with like-minded individuals.

Speakers include

Sharon Mars, Santander Business customer Business of Brand, is known for analysing, developing and elevating brands to bring about significant revenue growth and unlock hidden value in the business. Sharon focuses her time working with SMEs educating founders about brand-led growth, and will be running a workshop on personal brand at the event.

Katie Hughes, Deputy Regional Director for Kent, Surrey and Sussex - Santander Business Banking, will join the panel. She leads a team of Business Relationship Managers who support SMEs throughout the region, helping them to prosper.
