Ace Aluminium to Purchase New Head Office following £525,000 in Funding

Stockton-On-Tees based Ace Aluminium and Architectural Services Ltd (“Ace Aluminium”), a fast-growing speciality glazing business, is to purchase a new head office in Great Ayton to better cater for strong demand following £525,000 funding from Santander Corporate & Commercial.

Established in October 2011 by Andrew Platts, Ace Aluminium supplies and installs curtain walling, windows and doors. The business also offers a full project consultancy service from inception through to completion to help with feasibility, logistics, design and cost analysis. Andrew has over 20 years’ experience at the forefront of the glazing industry and is the sole shareholder and director. Clients include Bradford City Council, Wakefield District Council and Redcar Council.

Ace Aluminium is forecasting turnover of £2.5 million for the forthcoming year, with continued healthy profits. Following exceptional growth and demand from clients, the £525,000 funding from Santander Corporate & Commercial will be used to purchase a new property in Great Ayton which will become the firm’s head office. The property also includes two cottages which will be let out as holiday lets for visitors to the area.
