Santander backs financial firm's expansion plans
A financial advisory firm in Staffordshire has expanded its footprint four-fold with the support of a 'significant' funding deal with Santander Corporate & Commercial.
UK Financial Services Ltd, founded by Richard Kendall in 2011, has moved to a new office and recruited two staff, with more hires in prospect.
The business also plans to add another branch within the next three years, and aims to establish a nationwide franchise within the next seven.
Kendall said: 'The support from Santander has been fundamental in allowing us to capitalise on this momentum.'
Chirag Mistry, relationship director at Santander Corporate & Commercial, said: 'We're delighted to be able to support Richard as he looks to develop and grow the UK Financial Services brand both locally and, long term, across the UK. It is clear there is demand for high quality financial advice and the firm is well placed to capitalise on this dynamic.'
