P2 goes for growth with Santander
P2 Consulting, a fast-growing business with an established blue-chip client base and a leading project management offering is now able to implement their strategy for growth, thanks to securing funding for a management buy-out from Santander, using their growth capital facility.
P2 Consulting, a fast-growing business with an established blue-chip client base and a leading project management offering is now able to implement their strategy for growth, thanks to securing funding for a management buy-out from Santander, using their growth capital facility.
The growth capital deal will enable the management buy-out of P2 Consulting and the acquisition of a significant majority stake by mid-market private equity firm, Lonsdale Capital Partners LLP.
