The London-based leisure focused business has opened its second Swingers crazy golf site in the capital following £3.5 million in funding from Santander Corporate & Commercial.

Bideford-headquartered Travel Chapter, a leading holiday lettings agency, has secured funding from Santander Corporate & Commercial to support the company’s growth strategy.

Established in 1997 by husband-and-wife team John and Pauline Barrow, Rosehill Lodges was originally a campsite until 2006 when The Barrows substantially redeveloped the site into 10 luxury lodges with grass roofs. The site differentiates itself with its strong environmentally friendly focus which has helped drive business growth: Rosehill Lodges enjoys 24% repeat bookings, above sector norms, and receives visitors from France, Germany and the Netherlands, among other countries, each summer.

The Westmead is a 57 bedroom independent family run hotel serving a broad customer base, with a range of facilities including a restaurant, bar, conference and event facilities. The ideal location on the Birmingham Road, just 20 minutes from Birmingham city centre, offers the best of both the city attractions and the countryside.

Conkers is a 120-acre space of maturing woodlands, lakes, ponds and play areas for children which also includes indoor interactive exhibits. Since opening in 2001 Conkers has had over 2.75 million visitors and is seen as a key element in the development of a sustainable tourism economy within the National Forest.

The gym, which has just extended their lease for 15 years, now boasts new studios for increased numbers of classes, improved facilities and equipment for existing members, as well as increased capacity for new members. Three new members of staff have been recruited to deliver more classes and service the increased member base.
